If you have come to this page via the Finding Jesus page on this website, you have said you are not a Christian and you are not seeking to know Jesus. By now you should be aware that you are on a website devoted to teaching Christian principles and the Christian way of life. As such I am unsure why you are here other than curiosity or indecision as to where you stand with regard to your faith.
Let me offer you some information that may help you make a decision as to where you stand, either with Jesus Christ or not. If you have any faith in God then I recommend you do two things:
- Go to God in prayer to show you the way you need to take
- Study the Bible to gain insight and an understanding of faith. I recommend the New Testament as a first point for study, perhaps the Gospel of John first and then Paul’s letter to the Romans.
As an alternative perhaps you might be interested in taking the eCourse on the “Nine Steps to Become a Christian.” This course covers many of the aspects of how to become a Christian, showing what is involved from the very beginning and how a person advances in their journey and walk with Christ.
Christianity is a lifelong journey and not to be taken lightly. The rewards of knowing Jesus Christ are enormous. It is the only religion that offers the hope of eternal life to its adherants. But even more than that, it offers freedom and release from bondage to fear, emotional pain and all of the problems that plague the people of this world today. Jesus Christ offers peace and rest for your soul.
Best of all, it is not hard to be a Christian. You do not need great learning or wealth or any of the things sought after by the people of this world. All you need is faith to believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that he came to the earth to die and take away your sins and that he was raised on the third day for your justification so that you could be righteous as he is righteous.
That’s it! After that comes the daily process of walking with Christ to learn what is pleasing to God and to follow in Jesus’ footsteps.
The choice is yours. With Christ there is no middle ground or fence sitting. You are with him or not. The path you take right now will determine your future. It is the most important decision of your life…to be with Christ or not. If you choose not to be with him, then you are on the wrong website and I wish you well in your search for whatever you are looking for. I hope you eventually find the Lord and recognise the power of Jesus Christ to save you.
